Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client

* All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@getcappadociatour.com.

2. Hot Air Balloon Flights – Special Policy

Hot air balloon flights are subject to weather conditions and aviation authority approvals. In case of flight cancellation due to:

• Weather conditions: Full refund or free rescheduling to available date.
• Technical issues: Full refund or rescheduling.
• Force majeure (government restrictions, etc.): Credit voucher or full refund at our discretion.

3. Cancellation by Get Cappadocia Tour

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to:

• Insufficient participant numbers (minimum group size not met).
• Extreme weather or safety concerns.
• Force majeure events.

In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
• Refunds for cash payments will be made via bank transfer.
• Deposit payments are refundable under the conditions outlined above.

5. Modifications

Date changes are permitted free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Changes within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.
