The buyer's personal information (name, email, phone, address) as provided during the booking process constitutes the buyer information for this agreement. By completing a booking, the buyer confirms the accuracy of this information.

3. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of tour, activity, and travel services offered by Get Cappadocia Tour through its website. The specific service details, including tour name, date, participant count, extras, and total price, are provided in the booking confirmation email.

4. Price and Payment

• All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment can be made in full or via a 10% deposit at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), cash (on tour day).
• Credit card payments are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateway.
• The total amount payable is displayed clearly before booking confirmation.

5. Service Delivery

Services are delivered on the date and time confirmed at booking. The buyer will receive a booking confirmation email containing all service details and meeting point information within 24 hours of completing the booking.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activity services contracted for a specific date or period.

Therefore, once a tour booking is confirmed for a specific date, the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. However, Get Cappadocia Tour offers a flexible cancellation policy as outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts of Nevşehir, Turkey shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer protection laws.

8. Agreement Acceptance

By completing the booking process, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Sales Agreement.
